Vegetable red sauce pasta:

For making red sauce pasta you need to do some preparations Which are mentioned below:

  • Making Red Sause.
  • Boiling pasta.
  • chopping veggies of your taste.

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Tomato puree.
  • Onion finely chopped.
  • Garlic minced.
  • Tomato ketchup 1 TSP.
  • Herbs(oregano, basil, or mix seasoning. ).
  • salt. 

Ingredients for pasta:

  • boiled pasta. 
  • minced garlic.
  • chopped onion.
  • copped tomato.
  • boiled corn (optional).
  • chopped capsicum (green, red, or yellow).
  • olives.
  • Cheese for garnish.

Preparation & Method

For making sauce:

* You need to have chopped fresh tomatoes.

* Chopped garlic.

* chopped onion.

* Fresh tomato puree.

* Take a pan/kadhai, add some oil (any type of oil you like, I used olive oil).

* Once oil is hot add some chopped garlic and saute, 

* After that add some chopped onion and saute until the onion gets pink and translucent. 
* Now add some chopped tomatoes and saute.

* Add salt to taste.

* Add red chilly powder and site for a while.

* Add tomato puree and saute for a minute.
* Add garlic powder.

* Add chili flakes.

* Add basil.

* Add oregano.

* Add mixed seasoning.

* Mix well everything
* Add water for making it a nice gravy texture, simmer for a while.

* Add pizza sauce ( according to your taste ).

*Add tomato ketchup or red chili sauce ( according to your taste ).


* Add butter for a nice texture.

* Add water as required for gravy.
* Mix everything well.

* Add some cheese for nice flavor.

* Simmer for a while.

* Pasta sauce is prepared.

* Add a pan on the stove, heat the oil.


* Saute chopped onion.

* Add salt to taste.

* Add chopped veggies of your choice.

* Saute for a minute and let them half uncooked.

* Add boiled pasta.

* Add prepared pasta sauce.

* Mix well.

* Garnish with cheese. You can serve it with garlic bread.
